BACKGROUND

Custom Pipe is a company providing an integral service for society (building systems to transport water) but multiple decades of acquisitions they needed a brand that better illustrated their role in the market and the breadth of their products and services

Nothing is more critical to society than one key resource — water. Developing precise pump and waterworks systems built to transport water from point A to point B is Custom Pipe’s purpose. The products they manufacture are an integral part of the critical infrastructure which enables farms, cities, and communities to thrive.

OUTCOME

Working closely with Custom Pipe senior leadership, I rebuilt their visual identity to more accurately capture the pivotal role they play in society and more accurately portray them as the leader in the space that they are.

IMPACT

As a result, Custom Pipe gained a revitalized and differentiated visual identity that allowed them to tell a more compelling story — one that focuses on people and expertise rather than products. Paired with a visually consistent suite of swag, marketing materials and revamped website experience set them up for success in establishing new partnerships and acquisitions.
